Since 1996, our practice has utilized an Electronic Medical Records systems which allows us to send you regular reminders for routine screenings and exams. This way, you'll be up to date on annual tests such as vision checks, mammograms, general physicals and more. Patient Satisfaction Caring for and serving patients is of the utmost importance to us. For that reason, we not only offer a variety of services, but also deliver those services with expertise, care, compassion and respect. From convenient appointment scheduling to keeping you fully informed about billing and insurance, we want every aspect of your experience to be positive. How to Reach Us Our offices are located at 4230 Harding Road Suites 400 and 401, in Nashville, Tennessee. Our hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pediatrics is also available from 10 a.m. to Noon on Saturdays. Our physicians are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days per year.
We understand the urgency when it comes to seeing your physician. We always try to schedule you as soon as possible, based on the seriousness of your condition. For new patients, we offer same-day appointments. For those requesting a specific physician, we can generally schedule your appointment within three business days. To schedule an appointment, please call us at (615) 297-2700. Health Insurance Most insurance companies require pre-admission certification prior to hospital admission. Some also require that services be provided only in designated facilities or only by participating physicians. You should be aware of any similar provisions in your policy and notify us. In addition, please notify us promptly of any changes in your insurance coverage or other billing information. Fees and Billing
Co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. As a courtesy to out patients, we will file insurance claims for all office visits. We will also file claims for any hospital charges when payment is assigned to the physician. Any balances not covered by your insurance company are your responsibility. Please bring your most recent insurance cards and/or any changes in your plan coverage to every appointment. If you have any questions regarding your bills, contact our Billing Department at (615) 386-2300. A helpful representative will assist you or direct you to the appropriate person. Protecting Your Confidentiality We maintain complete confidentiality of your entire medical record at all times. We never release information to insurance companies, attorneys, family members or others without your written consent. In Case of Emergency Our doctors are available by phone 24 hours a day in the event of an emergency. Simply call our office at (615) 297-2700. If your call is after hours, the answering service will contact your physician or the physician on call. If you or your family feel the situation is life threatening or demands immediate attention, go directly to the emergency room at the nearest hospital. Medication Refills
Telephone calls Telephone calls concerning medical problems, medications or lab results are handled by our medical assistants. When you call, please provide them with complete information regarding your medical condition. They will confer with your doctor and advise you of any recommended action. If the concern cannot be handled by phone, your physician may recommend an appointment for a medical examination to provide you with the most accurate diagnosis. |
